These terms cover the use of this site, the free check and the paid kit and watch. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, do not use the site.

Accuracy

The pages state each requirement in our own words and cite the source. Where the public record is silent, the page says so and labels our reading. The record is a reading of public sources at the date shown, not the official text. Standards change and drafts change. Check the official source before you rely on a line, especially before a contract, an audit or a regulatory filing.

No legal, audit or certification advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice, an audit opinion, a certification or a statement of conformity. The site does not certify any organisation. ISO/IEC 11770-8 is a technical specification and is voluntary unless a contract, a regulator or an ISMS makes it binding. Consult a qualified adviser for your facts.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by ISO, the IEC, any national standards body, or any certification body. ISO and IEC are not connected with this site. All trademarks belong to their owners. The ISO text is sold by ISO and its national members; it is not sold or reproduced here.

What you buy

The kit is a one-off digital delivery of a register, an evidence list, a plan and templates, in PDF, CSV and XLSX. The watch is a monthly email notification of changes to the record. The free pages remain free. Prices are in US dollars and are charged by Stripe at checkout. The price shown on the page at the time of purchase is the price that applies.

Delivery and refunds

The kit files are served as soon as Stripe confirms the payment. If a file does not download, email support and we will resend it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill or is not fit for a disclosed purpose. Where a remedy is available, we may choose to resupply the files or refund the price, as the law allows.

Cancellation

You can cancel the watch from the Stripe receipt or the customer portal link in any watch email. Cancellation stops the next charge. It does not refund a period already charged, except where the law requires it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or the files. Our total liability for a claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. This clause does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Copyright and use of the files

The pages and the files are our copyright. You may use a purchased kit inside your own organisation and with your own advisers. You may not resell it, publish it, or present it as the official text. The standard's text, if you buy it, is governed by the standard body's licence, not by these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If a dispute arises, email support@theartofservice.com first; most issues are resolved by a resend or a correction.
