Specimen: three rows from the register
This is a specimen, not the paid kit. It shows the shape of a row and the public-status column. The paid kit carries all 11 units, 38 evidence items, the plan and the templates.

What the specimen leaves out
The other eight units, the 35 remaining evidence items, the six plan rows with owners, the parameter record template, the decision record template and the questionnaire answer pack. The specimen is enough to judge whether the format fits your review, not enough to run one.
What the labels mean
A row marked "Public text" is within clauses 1 to 3, which the public preview carries. A row marked "Title only" is a clause or annex whose normative text is not in the free public preview; the requirement field then says "not stated in the public preview" and the reading is labelled. No row invents a clause.
